Our clinic's are designed in line with school terms, for all families who have busy lives but also need their children to get the most from their swimming.
We have a range of packages on offer to accommodate all schedules, so make sure to register early to guarantee your spot!
X SWIM ACADEMY provides 3 sessions a week at Joey's to develop your swimming!
1. Wednesday = Swim Fitness and Technique (1 hour)
2. Sunday = Technique (1 hour)
3. Sunday = Swim Fitness (1 hour)

HOLISTIC HOLIDAY CLINICS
X SWIM ACADEMY brings you highly sough after clinics that focus on a wide range of topics for your child to learn life skills as well as top end underwater instant video feedback!
Topics include nutrition, sleep, goal setting, schedule organisation, gym & more!
Holistic Holiday Clinics are released term time and will occur once or twice each holiday period with a focus on holistic topics + UNDERWATER video feedback!
Spots are limited to ensure one on one feedback!

X SWIM ACADEMY is thrilled to be partnered with Balmain Water Polo Club to swim fitness train their athletes to become the best and fittest they can be for games & training.
Fitness, fun, technique tips and all while they train with their team mates, what more could you want?
The sessions are held in line with the term dates for X SWIM ACADEMY Sessions on:
1. Wednesday = Joey's Hunters Hill
2. Thursday = Ashfield Aquatic Centre
Every session is 30mins prehab routines & 1 hour swim fitness.
